By submitting a photography session application you accept the following terms and conditions:

Classic Studio photography appointments are allocated on a first come first served basis
Any electronic booking form submitted without the required information will not be processed
Personal photography and video recording is strictly prohibited inside the photography studio
H Tempest Limited retains the copyright on all photographs taken and supplied. Photographs may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form without the express written permission of H Tempest Ltd
The colours of back cloths, mounts and frames may vary slightly from those shown due to differences in monitor calibration
Back cloths, mounts and frames may be subject to change from those illustrated from time to time, but will be on display during the day
